Welders prepare for Credential Exam

The Swiss Hills welding students have been working hard practicing their skills to pass the Welding Credential Exam. This exam documents a welder’s capability to create welds of acceptable quality following a well-defined welding procedure. 

Each year, welding students have their creations inspected by a Certified Welding Inspector. This prepares students for the high standards expected of professional welders. For the past three years, SHCC has had 100% passing rate of students exams, as well as 100% of students receiving their twelve welding credentials. These credentials allow them to work as welders in the real world.
