COVID

It’s easy to get caught up in the negative aspects of this global pandemic — there’s so many, and they’re impacting our everyday life. However, it’s important to find the positives in this time period, just as it’s important to find the positive in any bad situation.

River High’s sociology class focused on just that. As a part of a larger sociology project, students were asked to produce a slideshow of visuals — with no explanations! — depicting how this global pandemic has impacted us in a positive way. Students could include visuals of any kind: from any source-internet, personal photos, drawings, and more. Every aspect of the visual is up to the student’s interpretation.

This picture was created by Jake Rose and colored by Alli Long. Principal Trinoff says, “The profoundness and the humanity of the message speaks for itself.”
