COVID-19 has required all of us to adjust: online learning, online teaching, limited social interactions, not being able to work, etc. At Monroe Central, we are so proud of how our faculty has risen to the new challenge of online teaching, and how innovative they are being with it. Not only are they creating online lessons, communicating with students, and participating in staff conversations about what’s next, but teachers are sharing innovative apps, applying for free teacher support, providing tech support to teachers and students, and helping to maintain social media posts.

“Ms. Teresa Schuerman, Ms. April Parden, and Ms. Kelly Meade never cease to amaze me with their innovative approaches to education. They have truly been champions for their students,” Principal Semple shares.

Ms. Schuerman assures, “Our teachers have been awesome at trying new innovations! Everyone is learning on the fly and doing what’s best for our students.”
